World Water Day, held on 22 March every year since 1993, celebrates water and raises awareness of the 2 billion people living without access to safe water. It is a recognised United Nations (UN) observance day that highlights the importance of fresh water.

Not only this, but it is also relevant to the following UNESCO Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs):

  • Goal 6 – Ensure access to water and sanitation for all
  • Goal 14 – Conserve and sustainably use the oceans, seas and marine resources for sustainable development.

We’ve compiled the below reading list of our titles which explore, analyse and celebrate our watery world.

A reminder that if you subscribe to our newsletter, you can receive an exclusive 30% off the RRP of all these titles!
