Author:Ā Adrienne Buller is Director of Research at Common Wealth, a progressive think tank working on a democratic and sustainable economy. Her work focuses on the intersections of finance and the climate crisis, and has been published in the Financial Times, Bloomberg, The Guardian and the New Statesman, among others. She is the author of The Value of a Whale (Manchester UP, 2022) and Owning the Future: Power and Property in an Age of Crisis (Verso, 2022). Adrienne is also a UCL alumna, having graduated in 2017-18 with an MSc in Global Governance and Ethics.
